In January, 2021 DYCSI started an audit session led by SAP with the goal of earning its certification as an SAP Outsourcing Operations Partner, and it’s with the utmost pride that they are announcing their success in this process as they have been granted the qualification as an SAP-certified provider of SAP S/4HANA Solutions Operations, a degree that will be valid until July 31, 2023 within the framework of the SAP Outsourcing Operations Partner Program for Mexico.
The official report concluded that:

- The presentations about the company and the implemented service management processes were very detailed and in sync with the described daily operations/tasks.
- All of the questions could be answered to SAP’s full satisfaction.
- All required documentation/reports were provided or could be accessed.
- All checklists and documents provided are official documents of the certification audit.
